Exposed sheathing left open even for a day or two invites moisture damage that costs far more to fix than the original impact.
Emergency calls route directly to an on-call technician, not a general voicemail queue.
We maintain overnight and weekend availability specifically for urgent siding damage.
Emergency technicians carry the same licensing and insurance as our scheduled installation crews.
Temporary and permanent repairs both meet the same workmanship standard.
Exposed sheathing or a hole in the wall typically gets a technician on-site the same day.
We triage calls by severity — active exposure first, cosmetic damage scheduled normally.
Emergency calls are priced fairly, with the total explained before work starts, even outside normal hours.
Temporary and permanent repair costs are itemized separately so you know what each step costs.
Emergencies come in a lot of forms — here's what we typically respond to and how.
Calls at any hour route to an on-call technician who can talk you through immediate safety steps. We keep common temporary materials stocked on every truck specifically for after-hours calls.
Open sheathing gets a temporary weatherproof seal immediately to stop water intrusion until permanent repair. A weatherproof seal goes on even in light rain if needed — waiting for a dry window isn't always an option.
Damage from a vehicle, ladder, or falling object gets assessed and repaired, with documentation if you need it for insurance. We photograph the damage and impact point before removing anything, useful if you're filing a claim against another party.
Branch and tree-related damage is one of the most common emergency calls we get, especially after wind events. We assess whether remaining limb weight is stable before starting repair work near it.
Damage from vandalism gets repaired and, on request, documented with photos for a police report or insurance claim. Security recommendations, like motion lighting, are offered if the damage location suggests repeat risk.
When full repair material needs ordering, we install a temporary weatherproof patch to protect the wall in the meantime. Temporary material is chosen to blend reasonably with existing siding, not just a bright tarp visible from the street.
Dispatch gives you a real arrival window on the call, not a vague callback promise.
A technician arrives with materials for immediate stabilization, prioritized ahead of routine scheduled work.
You get a clear price for both the temporary stabilization and the permanent repair, explained before work starts.
Emergency repairs carry the same workmanship guarantee as any scheduled siding project.

Vandalism damage overnight was upsetting, but they documented everything for the police report and had it fixed within two days.
They walked us through immediate steps over the phone before the technician even arrived.
Fallen tree limb took out a whole section and they coordinated timing with the tree removal company themselves.
